INDICAID offers rapid diagnostic tests, lab tests, and access to telemedicine consultations through Steady MD and other licensed and appropriately trained physicians, nurse practitioners and other healthcare practitioners ("Medical Provider"). Every lab test registered on the Website must go through an approval process before the sample is analyzed at a CLIA-certified laboratory. You must provide the clinically necessary information to enable Medical Provider to ascertain whether you satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria. Submission of a registration request does not establish a provider-patient relationship with the Medical Provider.

4.1.2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of any information, images, or videos provided by you to the Platform or the Medical Provider.

4.2. Availability of Services

4.2.1. Our operations are subject to state and federal regulations, and certain products and services may not be available in your state.
